Budo Taijutsu

Based on the feudal era Martial Arts of Japan, Budo Taijutsu  encompasses Long range, short range, kicks, punches, grabs, joint manupulation and a variety of weapons within the training. 

All classes are in a controlled and friendly environment, where each person works on improving their technique through cooperation with their training partner.

Easily transferable skills can be utilised in a modern self defence perspective. At the Kokoro Academy of Martial Arts Ilkley we have an Adult class on a Thursday evening
